Meet Randy Smith

Randy Smith is a certified personal trainer and certified specialist in performance nutrition with over 30+ years of experience training and conditioning athletes to achieve the highest levels of success in their sports. As an All-Star Athlete in many sports himself, Smith has keen insight into body mechanics and muscular/skeletal balance. In an internet landscape full of nutrition and fitness misinformation and “get-fit-quick” schemes, Randy’s depth of expertise sets him apart and above. His goal is to bring an honest and authoritative perspective to the conversation and provide athletes, fitness buffs or those just looking to get healthier, with information and advice they can put into practice to achieve long lasting results and benefits.
